Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Sale items and accessories are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@wearerighteousclothing.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our team
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please mention this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wearerighteousclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
